Gede Pangrango Mountain, Forest Complex, Cimacan village, District of Cianjur regency's Cipanas. It is directly

History of Cibodas Botanical according to some sources, was founded in 1852 by
Johannes Elias Teijsmann, an expert in Botany from the Netherlands, as a branch
of the Bogor Botanical Gardens on location at the foot of Mount Gede.
At first he opened the botanical garden for quinine plantations. But Turns Cibodas land not suitable for quinine tree.
